Work from anywhere! The Ambassador role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere in the world. Of course, being in Australia helps with word-of-mouth sales, as it’s easier to chat with fellow travellers in person. But if you’re social media savvy, it’s just as easy to earn commission from wherever you are.
Always dreamed of being a remote travel agent? This role can be your stepping stone. Ambassadors who do well can be fully trained to become travel agent specialists (if you want to take that step), meaning you’ll be able to close your own sales and earn even higher commission!
No risk, big rewards! There’s no sign-up fee and no cost to become an Ambassador. It’s genuinely one of the easiest ways to earn money while travelling in Australia! Think of it like a self-employed role. You’re in control of your own leads, and there’s no cap on how much commission you can make!
1. How do I get paid for the position?
There are two ways to earn money through the Ambassador Programme. For every lead you generate that results in a successful sale, you’ll receive commission. This commission is added to your Travel Bank as Travel Credits, which you can use towards trips across Australia and New Zealand.
Alternatively, you can choose to exchange your Travel Credits for cash, which can be paid directly into your bank account. There are a few simple steps to set up the payment option, and we’ll walk you through everything before you get started.

2. How does the commission structure work?
Each product we offer has a set amount of Travel Credits and a commission bonus attached. Before you begin, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of how much commission you can earn for each product, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from each successful lead.

3. What support will I receive in this role?
Once you’re accepted into the Ambassador Programme, you’ll receive a detailed manual covering everything you need to know about the role and Travel Hub Australia. You’ll also have a welcome call with our team to answer any initial questions.
You’ll be added to our WhatsApp group with other Ambassadors and staff, where you can get ongoing support and advice. Plus, you’ll have access to our shared folder, packed with helpful content and resources, perfect for creating and sharing social media posts.

4. How many hours do I need to commit?
That’s entirely up to you! One of the best parts of this role is its flexibility. You set your own schedule and decide how much or how little you want to work, allowing you to fit it around your travel plans with ease.

5. How do I share leads with the team?
We use a WhatsApp group chat where you can easily post when you have a new lead. A member of our team will then follow up with you. If you don’t use WhatsApp, you’re welcome to send your leads via email instead.

The more details you can gather, the better! This helps us close the sale and helps you earn your commission. Useful questions to ask include:
