Bailey, a native Tasmanian, left his hometown and the tiny house he had built with a friend, embarking on the famous East Coast road trip that eventually brought him to Australia’s own tropical paradise, Cairns. Meanwhile, Kirk, from Scotland, was living it up in Spain, on the Canary Islands!
Bailey and Kirk’s paths had yet to cross, but their shared love of travel was already strong.
A few years later, Bailey and Kirk happened to be in Ibiza at the same time and quickly became fast friends, bonding over their shared values and business vision. They created their own events, and launched some of the island’s biggest boat parties.
But the seasonal nature of Ibiza pushed them to seek more stable opportunities.

After extensive field research, I discovered there was nothing but sun, good times, honeys everywhere…and a lot of 4WDs.

I’m actually a Cairns local!
Well, mostly. I was born about an hour and a half south of Airlie beach, in a little town called Mackay, but moved to Cairns when I was 3 and I’ve been here ever since.
It’s been such a privilege to have grown up in beautiful Far North Queensland!
My parents have worked in tourism ever since we moved here, which meant I was lucky enough to experience many of Cairns’ amazing attractions from a young age. So, it only feels natural that I grew up to join the same industry, working alongside the rainforest and reef that I have always adored.
I actually worked out on the reef myself for quite a while, too!

G’Day! My name’s Zoe, and I am lucky enough to say that I’ve called Cairns, Australia, home my whole life! Being born here and all.
I’ve had a good trot around Europe, and explored parts of Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. Abroad, I’ve had some of the most incredible adventures of my life: I’ve seen historical wonders, been bitten by a monkey, and at one stage, was nearly crushed by a humpback whale whilst working at sea! But, by far, the memories I hold dearest from travelling are those of meeting amazing people in new places. Something I truly hope any and everybody has the opportunity to experience.
Growing up in such a multicultural and beautiful part of the world has been a pretty cool ride. My mum worked in reef tourism, so I spent my early years tagging along on famils and sales calls around Far North Queensland. I learned to swim on the Great Barrier Reef, and to this day, it remains my favourite place in the world to be. I’ve also road-tripped the East Coast in a spruced-up van, all the way from Tassie to Cairns!
