This experience includes pickup from selected Gold Coast accommodation before travelling to the exclusive drop zone in Byron Bay. Return transfers are included, making it an easy half-day adventure from the Gold Coast.
You’ll jump from up to 15,000 feet above Byron Bay — one of the highest tandem skydives available in Australia. This altitude gives you up to 60 seconds of freefall at speeds reaching approximately 200 km/h.
The full experience takes approximately 5 hours, including Gold Coast transfers, safety briefing, flight, freefall, parachute descent, and return transport. Departure is typically 7:30am, returning around 1:30pm.

You’ll land at a dedicated, self-contained drop zone in Byron Bay, just minutes from the beach. The location offers stunning views of the coastline and the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse.
Yes. Your tandem jump is conducted with a highly trained instructor and includes compulsory Personal Accident Insurance and a 3-month membership with the Australian Parachute Federation. All equipment and safety procedures meet strict national standards.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing such as activewear, jeans or tracksuit pants. Fully enclosed shoes like running or sports trainers are required. Hiking boots, sandals, and high heels are not permitted.
No experience is needed. Tandem skydiving means you’re securely harnessed to a professional instructor who manages the entire jump, allowing you to focus on the thrill and the views.
