No experience – no problem !
While no prior experience is needed, good swimming ability and a medium level of fitness is required. You’ll need to be physically able to strut your stuff in a wetsuit for up to 3 hours, navigating through the terrain with walks, climbs, swims, jumps and moves that’ll leave you feeling like a true adventure.

Our minimum age is legally set at 12 to join the fun, also for our young thrill-seekers aged 12 to 14, we ask that a supervisor aged 16 years or older tags along to keep the excitement flowing safely. Our maximum age of 60 years is not legally set, for persons wanting to travel over 60 years old, we ask that they understand the trips physical requirements and safety information.
