Pilbara Outback

Travel south through the Pilbara, passing the historic mining town of Newman and vast sheep and cattle stations, before spending the last night at an outback campsite.

Enjoy a relaxed 4-days stay in Broome with optional activities like a sunset camel ride on Cable Beach, visiting the Stairway to Heaven, or exploring the pearling history.

Tunnel Creek National Park

Drive to the Fitzroy River, then go off-road to the Napier Range for a guided walk through Tunnel Creek. Finish the day relaxing at camp in the Western Kimberley around the campfire.

Explore Windjana Gorge, spotting crocodiles, swim at Bell Gorge and Manning Falls, visit Galvans Gorge. Travel 4WD along the Gibb River Road, crossing rivers and gorges, stop at Pentecost River, and camp at Kununurra by the Ord River.

Drive to Purnululu NP, home of the Bungle Bungles. Walk Echidna Chasm and Cathedral Gorge. Camp in the bush. 4WD through the East Kimberley to El Questro, hike Emma Gorge for a waterfall swim, then overnight at the Ord River camp

Kununarra Region

Day 22

Wake up without packing and explore the Ord River area. Visit Kununurra, including Hoochery Distillery and Mirima NP, then enjoy the sunset from a lookout over the Upper Ord River.

Day 23

Lake Argyle & Katherine Region

Day 23

After breakfast, enjoy an optional Lake Argyle cruise before crossing into the Northern Territory. Travel past iconic Boabs to Katherine, relax at the hot springs, and camp near Nitmiluk NP.

Day 24

Darwin

Day 24

On the final day, visit Nitmiluk Gorge or swim at Edith Falls before heading to Darwin to end your adventure.
