Travel Hub is an independent Travel Agency based in Cairns, Australia. We have two locations in Cairns and an ever growing Social Media presence. We are looking for ambitious individuals, ideally who have travelled Australia and have an understanding of the different trips there are to do, who want to become an online lead generator for travel sales.

The job will require you to take initiative and work independently, with all the tools provided for you to make as much money as possible.

It will be your job to promote all the tours and packages for trips across Australia and NZ – through various social media platforms and other creative means. If you are a person who used to be a travel agent, or thinks they have what it takes to promote trips online and in person to friends and fellow travellers, then this could be for you.

We will provide you with a drive full of content for Australia and NZ and you can use it to make videos/reels and promote our products (you can also use or find your own content). We will also provide all the tools needed to edit videos and promote travel.

It is your job to create leads, either from ads you run yourself, friends you know who want to travel, or networking in person with backpackers that want to do tours.

This role will be self employed, remote-based and you will be paid per lead you generate that converts into a sale. This can be local trips – for example to the Great Barrier Reef or Daintree Rainforest, entire East Coast packages or even Campervan rentals. The commission structure is uncapped so we are looking for hungry online sales people that are determined to make money from the get go!

This is a job that has room for growth – big incentives (from free trips to cash bonuses) for top sellers. There is also a route for progression to become a full-time Online Travel Agent, meaning you will get to close the sales yourselves and ultimately make a bigger commission percentage (for the right candidates!).
