Discover the marine wonderland of the outer Great Barrier Reef with Divers Den, just a 90-minute boat trip from Cairns. We’ll spend five hours at the reef and visit two stunning dive & snorkel sites.

The two reef sites are located on the far outer reef, where the snorkelling is best! 

 

 These are expertly chosen from our exclusive moorings on the Norman, Saxon and Hastings reefs to bring you the best quality conditions and diverse marine life, from colourful corals to inquisitive Nemos, turtles, stingrays and giant Maori Wrasse.

On the Divers Den day trip you will spent up to 5 hours in two spectactular outer reef sites

The Divers Den Outer Reef trip departs from the Cairns Marlin Marina right next to the Reef Fleet Terminal.

Sites are chosen on the day of travel due to weather and visibility to ensure you see as much as possible but usually you will be visiting Norman, Saxon and Hastings reefs which are 3 world class reef sites.

All of the equiptment that you will need for snorkeling is included but scuba diving is an upgrade that will need to be purchased for an extra $85.

Yes. The Divers Den Reef tour includes an all you can eat tropical buffet lunch. They also cater for all dietary requirements. 

Yes. Onboard we have a professional underwater photographer that will be able to get some great angels of you next to the reef. Additionally you can hire go pros onboard if you’d like to do it yourself.

The trip out to the reef on Divers Den takes between 60-90 minutes.

Yes. Divers Den includes an all you can eat buffet lunch as well as tea coffee and snacks all day long.
