For lunch, visit a wildlife sanctuary known for its platypus population and enjoy gourmet smoked Australian meats, including crocodile and kangaroo. The afternoon continues with cheese and chocolate tastings at a dairy farm and gourmet cheese factory set across volcanic farmland, before visiting North Queensland’s first distillery for a tasting of award-winning spirits and liqueurs. Finish the day at a local ice creamery to enjoy house-made ice cream or sorbet created with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
