Day 1

Darwin

Day 1

Meet your guide in Darwin before heading south. Stop at Edith Falls for a swim or visit Katherine Gorge where you’ll have lunch. Continue to your private campsite , settle into your tent, and enjoy dinner with the group.

Day 2

Lake Argyle & Katherine Region

Day 2

After breakfast, swim at Katherine Hot Springs, then head to Lake Argyle. Enjoy an optional sunset cruise before camping by the Ord River.

Day 3-5

Purnululu National Park

Day 3-5

Drive into Purnululu National Park to explore the Bungle Bungles, including Echidna Chasm and Cathedral Gorge. Camp overnight, then continue to El Questro for a hike to Emma Gorge and a swim, before camping by the Ord River.

Day 6

Kununarra Region

Day 6

Explore the Ord River system and visit Kununurra’s highlights, including Hoochery Distillery and Mirima National Park. In the late afternoon, walk to a lookout for a stunning Kimberley sunset over the Upper Ord River.

Day 7-9

Gibb River Road

Day 7-9

Travel along the Gibb River Road by 4WD, stopping for lunch and camp at Mount Barnett. Explore Manning and Galvan’s Gorges, then visit Bell Gorge and Windjana Gorge, enjoying swims and wildlife before your final Kimberley camp.

Day 10

Tunnel Creek National Park

Day 10

We continue through the Napier Range on a guided walk-through at Tunnel Creek, then drive to Broome in time for a Cable Beach sunset.

Day 11-14

Broome

Day 11-14

Enjoy a 4-day stay in Broome with optional activities like a camel ride on Cable Beach, visiting the Stairway to Heaven, or exploring the pearling history.

Day 15

Cape Keraudren

Day 15

Depart Broome and drive along the edge of the Great Sandy Desert, calling in at Eighty Mile Beach for a stroll along the white sand. Spend the night on a station in Cape Keraudren.

Day 16-18

Karijini National Park

Day 16-18

Travel to Karijini National Park via Port Hedland, then camp for the night. Spend the next two days exploring gorges, waterfalls, and rock pools, including Weano, Hancock, and Dales Gorges.

Day 19-20

Cape Range National Park

Drive 9h through the red-earth landscapes and cattle stations. Snorkel or dive with whale sharks or manta rays, visit Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, or relax on Turquoise Bay’s. Then, explore Cape Range National Park.

Day 21

Coral Bay

Enjoy a full day of relaxation and adventure at Ningaloo Reef. Swim or snorkel among coral, tropical fish, turtles, and manta rays, or take a glass-bottom boat tour. You’ll meet the friendly team at Coral Bay Eco Tours.

Day 22

Shark Bay

Cross the Tropic of Capricorn and visit Shell Beach, a 60 km stretch covered in shells up to 7 metres deep. Overnight in the Shark Bay region.

Kalbarri

Visit Monkey Mia to see the famous dolphins, then drive along the WA coast to see stromatolites before heading to Kalbarri National Park, with stops at Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window, and the Kalbarri Skywalk.

Drive through Kalbarri National Park’s coastal gorges, visit Dongara, Port Gregory’s Pink Lake, and the Pinnacles at Nambung National Park, then continue to Perth to end the adventure.
