Leave Perth and head north via Highway 1, visiting Greenough Wildlife Sanctuary to see dingos, kangaroos, crocodiles, and more. Stop in Geraldton at the HMAS Sydney memorial before overnighting at Northbrook Farmstay.

Day 2

Exmouth

Day 2

Today is a long drive (~8 hours, 750 km) through the Gascoyne’s remote bushland and cattle stations, known for its red earth, tropical fruits, and mineral wealth.

Day 3

Cape Range National Park

Day 3

Today, choose optional snorkeling or diving with whale sharks or manta rays, or visit Turquoise Bay and Vlamingh Head Lighthouse. Explore Cape Range National Park before heading to Coral Bay.

Day 4

Coral Bay

Day 4

Enjoy a free day at Ningaloo Reef with snorkeling from shore among coral, fish, turtles, and manta rays, or opt for a glass-bottom boat tour and other activities at Coral Bay.

Day 5

Shark Bay

Day 5

Cross the Tropic of Capricorn and visit Shell Beach, a 60 km stretch made entirely of shells. Overnight in the Shark Bay region.

Kalbarri

Day 6

Visit Monkey Mia to see its famous dolphins, then travel through Shark Bay to spot ancient stromatolites before heading to Kalbarri National Park, with a possible stop at Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window, and the Skywalk.

Perth

Drive through Kalbarri National Park to Dongara, visit Pink Lake at Port Gregory, explore the Pinnacles’ limestone dunes, then continue to Perth to end the adventure.
